As the Procurement Specilaist you will be responsible for the management of medium to high value and medium to high complexity category management activities to deliver value for money through the implementation of best practice procurement governance and contracting processes.

What you'll do

You will:
Provide additional support as necessary to the Director Service Delivery, Procurement Manager to support the delivery of overall state-wide and regional strategies and plans.
Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with relevant key supplier and customer stakeholders to drive better value outcomes and maximise benefits.
Identify and socialise potential procurement opportunities and solutions with supplier and customers, working closely with them to support and inform state-wide strategies and priorities.
Develop and maintain an outstanding relationship with Hospital and Health Services (HHS) stakeholders in the region and support the implementation of engagement programs that seek to foster a collaborative approach to strategic procurement practice.
Develop and maintain outstanding supplier relationships to ensure that best value outcomes are delivered.
