**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the CFO, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities in the Facility Services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for cleaning materials and equipment.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay updated on the latest cleaning industry products and technologies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between procurement and operational needs.
**Modern Slavery adherence**: Risk Assessments/Due Diligence Activities, including supporting in the development/submission of GJK’s Modern Slavery Statement.
Social Procurement.
Partner with Suppliers on our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) journey, ensuring ethical supply chain practices.
Analyse and optimise procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within the cleaning industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
