**Qualifications and experience**
- Cert III, Diploma or ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Previous experience and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work as an important member in a team environment
- A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of little children and their families
- A willingness to further your professional development

**About the role**
- Develop strong bonds and relationships with children.
- Plan, develop and implement leaning programs in accordance with the EYLF
- Contribute to ensuring a safe environment is maintained for staff and children
- Regularly communicate with families regarding to the day-to-day progress of their children.
- Maintain observations and records that document individual children's progress
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

**Salary**: $46,770.00 - $66,440.00 per year
