We are on the hunt for passionate and motivated Dispenser to join our team as a Store Manager overseeing the optical team.
- Overseeing store processes, stock management and orders.
- Helping patients with frame selections colour combinations and fitting.
- Interpreting prescriptions providing lens recommendations and taking fitting measurements.
- Dispensing glasses providing customers with optical care information.
- Training and mentoring new staff in dispensing and company processes.
- Maintaining customer records, processing optical orders and cash management.

About you
- Over 3+ years experience as an Optical Dispenser, an assistant manager or managerial role.
- You’re a team player with the ability to relate to your team and customers.
- Enjoy an adaptive workplace with development and learning.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- You enjoy problem-solving and learning new concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
