**Your Daily Tasks**:

- Provide the most personal and kind customer service imaginable, making our customers' experience exceptional.
- Perform optical dispensing, recommending lenses, taking measurements, and interpreting prescriptions.
- Fit and edge lenses on-site, ensuring precise and comfortable eyewear.
- Handle administration and general retail duties, including maintaining customer records, order management, stock control, and store upkeep.
- Proactively identify and fix any issues, demonstrating your potential to be our next General Manager
