**About you**:

- Able to make playdough and goop
- Can build big towers and appreciate the joy when they tumble down
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Advocate for the well-being of all children.
- Excel as a collaborative team member.
- Contribute to achieving exceeding outcomes for both children and educators.
- Bring your authentic and best self to the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood.
- A valid Working with Children Check or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or express a readiness to get it.
- While experience is highly regarded, it is not a mandatory requirement.
