Our beautiful, **exceeding** service, **Nido Woodend,**is looking for passionate **Casual**Educators**to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- Rated Exceeding
- Purpose built 82 place service that caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 4 rooms and 3 beautiful new outdoor yards
- Weekly Bush Curriculum and fortnightly excursions to Bupa Aged Care for our 3 & 4yr olds
- 15 min walk to local transport
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- Supportive team to help guide you through your career
- Brand new yards and internal renovations

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Hold a Certificate III or Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
- Have flexible availability and be able to work on different days each week
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- In-depth experience working in a childcare service
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
- Have strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
