**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Banker to join our Victoria team.

You will provide a personalised, efficient and high quality banking service to our prospective and existing members to assist them to maximise their financial health and well-being. You will build and/or retain relationships across all our brands in the areas of mortgage lending and promote our products and services.

**About You**

It is essential you have excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills and a proven track record in home loan sales.

A background in mobile banking or lending / sales is essential.

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work unsupervised and thrive on generating business development opportunities. You need to be self-motivated, target driven, have good attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and have the confidence to represent TMBL and maintain our high member service levels.

Additionally, you will have:

- FSR Tier 2 accreditation
- Certificate IV in finance of mortgage broking - desirable
- Unrestricted driver’s licence

As a Mobile Banker you will be responsible for managing your own hours of work. Weekend work and public holidays should be managed on an as needed basis. An attractive salary package including a motor vehicle are on offer.
