**About the Role**:
As a **PCW with Revive Health Services**, you will:

- **Assist residents with personal care tasks** (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- **Support residents with mobility & daily activities**:

- **Provide companionship & emotional support** to residents
- **Work closely with RNs & ENs** to maintain quality care
- **Follow care plans & facility guidelines**

**Requirements**:
✔ **Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent**
✔ **Minimum 6 months of experience** (preferred but not required)
✔ **Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check**
✔ **Up-to-date COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations** (as per facility requirements)
✔ **Reliable transport for regional shifts** (if applicable)
