The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.

Our **Hepburn Pavilion Cafe** is conveniently located within the surroundings of the bathhouse and spa to entice our guests with a delicious range of products and even more amazing coffee

**The Role**

We are seeking **full time **cafe attendants and Barista's to work at **Hepburn Pavilion Cafe. **Our **Cafe** **Attendants** needs to have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility of our Attendants is to deliver first class service to our patrons ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within regulations.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Meet the requirements of the centre's food safety plan
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
- Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options

Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the venue's peak periods.

Skills & Attributes:

- Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Coffee making/ barista skills
- Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods

Essentials:

- Food Services Assistant or Food Safety Supervisor Qualification
- Barista Experience
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Food Handling Certificate
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
