**The Opportunity**
- This position will assist the project with Construction activities, working closely with the project team and Construction Manger to meet the operational commitments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- This position will require flexibility to support and adapt with changing work demands and hours of work including shifts, weekends and away from home

**Key responsibilities include.**
- Work at heights on rail-connected 1500V overhead wiring, without supervision of an Authorised Overhead Traction Worker, Accredited OHW Rigger, Accredited OHW Installer, or Accredited OHW Worker; and
- Work to the Safe Approach Distances (SADs) specified for "Accredited Persons" in Table 1 of SMS-06-GD-0268 Working around Electrical Equipment when in compliance with clause 5.4.3 of the same document, in relation to DC nominal voltages only.
- Quantify, control, receipt and issue of materials required for the timely completion of projects
- Transport tools, materials and work pieces to and from sites or workbenches

**Requirements to be successful.**
- Trade qualified Rail Traction Linesman Both AC & DC Experience
- Ability to read complex drawings and interpret requirements.
- Relevant Construction Card (e.g. White Card)
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card
- Driver’s License
- Tickets and Licenses: EWP, First Aid, RIW, Dogman, Rigger
- Capable of obtaining qualifications to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Demonstrated experience in key responsibilities and accountabilities of the role
