Skid Steer Operator

CJP Hire is an earthmoving company located in Salisbury Plain SA, 20kms north of Adelaide.

About the role;
We are seeking to employ an experienced Excavator and Skid-Steer operator for ongoing work in the Adelaide Metro Area. We have multiple positions available for experienced plant operators who have proven experience in civil construction and earthmoving.

The successful applicant will need to possess the following essential criteria:

- HR or HC Truck Licence.
- White Card.
- All relevant tickets.
- Operating experience (minimum of 3 years).
- Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
- Enjoy working in an outdoor environment.
- Their own reliable transport.
- Machine competency.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively while unsupervised and as a team member.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety legislations.
- Able to follow precise instructions.
- Basic reading and writing skills, including the ability to fill in forms and documentation.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable approach to work hours.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate plant that has been assigned to you to the best of your abilities.
- Interact with the Supervisor/Works Manager in relation to any plant issues.
- Ensure the company plant is always maintained in a satisfactory working condition.
- Compliance with OHS Policies and Procedures and all OHS legislative requirements.
- Work as part of a dedicated team and be a team player.

**Salary**: $34.75 - $36.79 per hour
