To complete the primary function of check in and to provide high quality customer service, to both inbound and outbound passengers and Client Airlines.

**Main accountabilities include**:

- Performing both level 1 and 2 duties when required.
- Provide the highest standard of customer service to our Airline customers by dealing with customer inquiries and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and assist passengers with special needs, including passengers that require wheelchair assistance.
- Manage shift loads using manual handling methods, including assessing the risks associated with relocating the load, planning the relocation process and carrying out the relocation in accordance with the plan.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies during passenger check-in services for commercial aircraft flights.
- Accurate check-in of passengers for a commercial aircraft flight, including greeting passengers, reviewing passenger documentation, checking-in passengers using either manual or computerized processes, checking in both cabin and hold baggage and issuing of lounge invitation, where appropriate.
- Reconciliation of all coupons and excess baggage documentation against monies received and the completion of final balances at the end of the flight/shift.
- Provide assistance to transit and arriving passengers.
- Adhere to OH&S procedures and policies.
- Maintain basic situation awareness of all critical factors relevant to the safety and security of an aviation workplace by assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Operate various types of aerobridges to manufactures operating procedures.
- Contribute to the achievement of on time performance standards and requirements.
- Use and maintain communication systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
- Administrative duties as required.
- Providing training to others below and within the level 3 skills set.
- Additional duties as requested by Passengers Services Supervisors, Trainers and/or Passenger Services Manager

- Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
- Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
- Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
- Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Efficient computer and typing skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi task.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.
- Sound numerical skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster without restrictions.
