Deliver the company moto People, Passion, Pride to our partner airlines, AdaGold, All Nippon Airways, Asiana Airlines, China Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Garuda Indonesia, Korean Air, Malaysia Airlines, Qatar Airways, Samoa Airways, Solomon Airlines, Thai Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, United Airlines, Virgin Australia International, British Airways, Sri Lankan airways and Vietnam Airways.

**Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to**:

- Accurate check-in of passengers for a commercial aircraft flight, including greeting
passengers, reviewing passenger documentation, checking-in passengers using
either manual or computerised processes, checking in both cabin and hold baggage
and issuing of lounge invitation, where appropriate.
- Assist transit, arriving passengers, and passengers with special needs, including passengers that
require wheelchair assistance.
- VIP facilitation and escorting
- Provide the highest standard of customer service
- Meet service level agreements by ensuring all Passenger Service functions as required by the Client Airline are consistently delivered and that arrivals and departures procedures are carried out to airline specifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Process payments from passengers and the completion of final balances at the end of the flight/shift.
- Liaise with airline representatives
- Provide training to others below and within the level 3 skills set.
- Appropriate use of company equipment
- Additional duties as requested by Passengers Services Supervisors, Trainers and/or Passenger Services Manage
- Stocktaking

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Efficient computer and typing skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of awareness of safety and security at workplace and of dangerous goods and how to handle them
- High level attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.
