**What you'll be doing**

As Team Coordinator, you’ll support the efficient functioning of the team through high-quality administrative coordination across a range of priority activities.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and provide secretariat support, including minute-taking and document preparation.
- Maintain and update document trackers and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Draft correspondence, track progress on key tasks, and support the team in meeting critical deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide support to ensure efficient daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of team objectives.

**About you**

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Proven experience providing high-level administrative and executive support
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with records management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
