**About the role**

With Cloud as a driving factor, our Solutions Architects, Platforms and DevOps Engineering teams provide outstanding end-to-end cloud-based solutions.

As the Agile Project Coordinator within the practice, you'll bring your organisational, planning and agile mindset to help these teams co-ordinate their time for internal projects, customer projects and ongoing engagements.

You will work closely with the DevOps Engineering team, its customers and collaborate with internal teams. This includes the PMO, Platforms & Tools team and Solution Architecture team, to consistently ensure the delivery of excellence to our customers.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

- Coordinate and facilitate daily team stand-ups, weekly customer touchpoints and monthly planning sessions for the teams.
- Coordinate and schedule the execution of deliverables across the team.
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineering, Solutions Architecture and Platforms Managers to ensure effective backlog management.
- Take ownership of the project delivery cadence, manage risks and provide support to team members in order to drive an outcome for the business.
- Ensure transparency in communication and create an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress.
- Report on and work with engineers on individual and team utilisation metrics.
- Manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as an expert facilitator and excellent communicator especially customer facing
- Experience in influencing and supporting engineers to successfully meet customer deliverables.
- Demonstrating flexibility to multi-task and handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously
- Ability to quickly build strong and constructive working relationships.
- Proactive approach and initiative - continuously looks for better ways of achieving goals.
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately report on project deliverables
- Experience working with Jira a ServiceNow highly regarded
