MindChamps Early Learning is looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our close-knit and high-functioning HR Team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the hiring managers and senior operations team to understand their talent needs and deliver end-to-end acquisition support and talent solutions.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Collaborate and partner with internal hiring managers for their talent requirements
- Conduct innovative sourcing strategies by leveraging new platforms and social media to tap into passive talent pools and leveraging Employer Branding
- Co-ordinate the hires of trainees, ensuring completion of regulatory documents and compliance framework
- Continuously develop and improve the recruitment processes
- Report recruitment statistics and key trends on a weekly basis to the leadership team
**What you will need**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position or in the HR space, preferably managing high-volume recruitment
- Experience in the Early Childhood Education industry is advantageous
- Ability to build relationships across the organisation with strong stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in navigating different visas is highly regarded
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-managed and driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- True passion for promoting diversity and equality across the sector
