Café Supervisor

Sacca’s Fine foods are expanding, and we are on the look out for a highly motivated and experienced Café Supervisor.

Sacca’s is a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community. We are expanding our business in a full service Café/Restaurant with a full service menu, expresso bar, fresh cakes and donuts. We will even be making our own Gelati

This is a fantastic opportunity that does not come around every day so if you pose the below skills and attributes we want to hear from you.

We would expect your strong experience in customer service, combined with café background to lead the team with confidence. High standards of presentation, customer service focus and a warm friendly personality are the recipe for this role.

You will be required to use your exceptional people skills combined with your food & beverage experience to work within this dynamic venue.

Your skills in successfully directing multiple staff and driving a happy team will be highly regarded. This position will require strong leadership and the ability to train staff

Along with the above mentioned, you would need
- At least 1 to 2 years industry experience in hospitality
- Supervisory experience highly regarded
- Have good organization & analytical skills
- Excellent ability to lead by example and motivate staff
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exemplary personal grooming
- Strong customer service skills
- Love of the industry
- High level of attention to detail
- Positive happy persona

Honest & reliable goes without saying as does well kept personal presentation & hygiene.

The role will start on a casual basis however full time will be offered after successful completion of probation and performance.
