An incredible opportunity has come up to join the team at SHEIKE as a Retail Operations Manager. As the Retail Ops Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the execution, planning and maintenance of all new Store Openings / Major Fit Outs / and Store Closures across SHEIKE and for the day-to-day maintenance of all store day to day and major repairs. In addition, you will provide support to the MD and GM of SHEIKE as well as provide support & guidance to Head Office & Reception when required.

**A little about the role**

**Store Development and Maintenance**:

- ** Store Design & Development** - Collaborate with leadership and external designers to create and evolve store designs that enhance sales and customer experience, ensuring alignment with SHEIKE’s brand aesthetic.
- ** Project Management** - Oversee new store openings, renovations, and fixture development projects, ensuring they are delivered on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
- ** Maintenance & Vendor Management** - Act as the main point of contact for store maintenance, managing vendor relationships, maintenance contracts, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- ** Documentation & Compliance** - Maintain and organise key project documentation, including site plans, contracts, and architectural plans, while managing defect resolution with shopfitters and centers.
- ** Operational Efficiency** - Optimise store layouts, track fixture orders, manage store-opening/closing calendars, and proactively identify improvement opportunities across the store portfolio.

**Support Administration**:

- ** Store & Operations Support** - Act as the first point of contact for store maintenance, assist with daily operational tasks, banking follow-ups, and register discrepancy investigations.
- ** Executive & Administrative Support** - Attend key leadership meetings, take and circulate minutes, and prepare presentations for the MD/GM as required.
- ** Compliance & Safety** - Ensure adherence to company policies, employment regulations, and OH&S standards across all sites.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with reception, customer care, marketing, and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.

**A little about you...**
- 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Solid understanding of store expansion & development processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage a project end-to-end
- Strong budget & financial management skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation
- Can work with urgency and to a deadline
- Ability to clearly communicate across departments and role.
