We're looking for a dedicated Full-Time Gardener to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients in Bayside, Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality garden maintenance services for our elderly clients in Bayside, Dandenong, and Mornington Peninsula.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure gardens are well-maintained and safe.
- Utilise your expertise in gardening to enhance the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in maintenance and gardening.
- Own tools and vehicle, including a trailer.
- Recent police check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
