We are an Indigenous Operations Academy in Australia’s largest bank where you can support processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to the CommBank Group’s customers while you complete an accredited Certificate qualification in Business.

**Do work that matters**

As a **Chief Operations Office Trainee**in the Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you will undertake a 12-month traineeship, working fulltime with a view to moving to a permanent role at the successful completion of your traineeship. You will be supported to train on-the-job, complemented by accredited Certificate studies in Business.

You will be part of a team that is dedicated to running, improving, and transforming the processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to the CommBank Group’s customers.

- Desire to learn more about the organisation and further develop project skills.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**

- Can demonstrate competency in use of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Possess a learning mindset.
- Are committed to collaborating with a team to meet the needs of our customers while completing a Certificate Qualification
