We’re a small, friendly NDIS support business looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Maintenance Worker to help keep our clients’ outdoor spaces safe, clean, and enjoyable.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and general garden upkeep

Clearing paths and outdoor areas for safety and accessibility

Light handyman tasks (if experienced)

Engaging respectfully with NDIS participants and their support teams

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in yard work or outdoor maintenance (formal or informal)

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and manage time well

Respectful, inclusive approach to working with people of all abilities

Manual driver’s licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.14 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
