We are a leading landscaping company based out of Keilor East, that is dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We currently work with a range of different volume builders / private clientele and have a large pipeline of confirmed work going into 2024. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add to our ever-growing team with a talented landscaper.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute a variety of different landscaping projects.
- Read and understand various landscaping plans and designs.
- Perform a wide range of landscaping tasks, including various types of softscaping, hardscaping, planting, and irrigation.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project commitments are being met.

**About you**:

- A positive outlook with the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant selections.
- Experience using power tools / operating machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Capable of being able to tow a trailer.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Landscaper.
- Qualifications in Landscape Construction would be highly regarded.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Driver’s licence
- Valid Police Check (Within 12 months)

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
- Police check within the last 3 months (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
