**About the role**

Manage the day-to-day in-club operations, where you will champion and be accountable for the results of the club and the team.

With supportive management guidance, training and coaching, you will oversee the operation of the club, drive results and encourage a strong team environment.

**About you**
- You are an innovative woman, with a passionate, customer-focused and can-do attitude.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.
- Availability of 30-38 hours a week from Monday to Friday (6-8 hours shifts anywhere between 7AM-8PM) and occasional Saturday mornings if required

**Skills & experience**
- Proven retail, service or sales management experience.
- You can lead a team with passion and enthusiasm and drive the team to exceed set targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness is highly regarded.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
