**Job Description**:
We're embarking on an exciting journey and are seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager at L'épi Artisan Bakery, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand and crafting marketing strategies that enchant and engage our customers, allowing us to establish a strong presence in the Australian bakery scene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand values and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and visually stunning content that showcases the artistry of our bakery and the quality of our products, nurturing a strong emotional connection with our customers.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with our production team to plan and execute impactful product launches, leveraging seasonal and specialty offerings to excite our customers.
- Performance Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimising strategies to achieve measurable KPIs.
- Resource Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise our marketing impact.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with local communities, businesses, and influencers to expand our reach and foster brand advocacy.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging marketing techniques, implementing new and creative approaches to our marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a flair for content creation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Passion: A genuine passion for fine food and an appreciation for artisanal bakery products.
