**Your Impact as Team Leader**: You'll lead landscape installations at major apartment complexes, managing both the technical execution and team coordination. This includes project planning, team leadership, quality control, and ensuring timelines are met while maintaining Green Fern's high standards.

- Experience managing large-scale landscape construction projects

- Outstanding technical landscaping skills across all aspects of construction
- Physically able to construct landscapes whilst leading your team
- Strong organisational abilities to coordinate materials, machinery, and labor
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills for on-site challenges

Pay: $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
