Julios offers boutique coffee, a la carte breakfast, a casual lunch with colleagues during the week, or a relaxed dinner with friends and family. Our Head Chef has developed a delicious menu featuring a Italian Cicchetti menu, delicious pasta and a spread of hearty mains.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader working alongside our Restaurant Manager, you will assist with the Food & Beverage operations across our restaurant while ensuring a high level of service is delivered, and a positive and efficient team culture is upheld.

Some responsibilities expected for you include:
The coordination of F&B team members throughout the day,

Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant,

Cashing up once the day has concluded,

Ensuring the venue is compliant with all licensing legislation including responsible service of alcohol,

Greeting and escorting customers to their table,

Preparing beverages (hot, alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to a high standard,

Serving food in a professional and timely manner, and

Working with and supporting your team.

Have previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role or customer service role,

Have previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role,

Be someone who is highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people,

Have exceptional teamwork skills, and

Uphold a high standard in all that they do.

Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol;

Hold a Food Handlers Certificate;

Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster. We are committed to helping staff balance their work and life commitments while meeting the operational needs of the Hotel, shifts will include nights, weekends & public holidays.
