**About the role**
We are currently seeking a Trainee Customer Service Officer to join our growing team to build relationships and promote growth, as an integral member of our team. The primary focus of this role is to be a brand ambassador and create important relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

- Actively identify and engagement potential customers and clients, and maintain these relationships
- Risk assessments and WH&S assessments and maintenance
- Work closely with other team members to ensure delivery is met
- Collaborate to develop ongoing marketing and sales strategies
- Attend expos and events to actively promote NNA Direct Support Service
- Participate in and share the responsibility of an on-call roster

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to build relationships effectively. You will be professional, hardworking, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

You will possess the following:

- Strong people skills and an ability to build rapport with customer/potential customers
- Customer service experience
- An organised approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Be flexible and willing to be responsive to changing environments
