Commercial / Strata Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on supervisor to join our growing commercial and strata cleaning team.

You will be responsible for working with and supervising the day-to-day cleaning of our sites, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs and ensuring that scope requirements are adhered to. You will be covering shifts (where required), training and inducting new staff. This role will involve working various hours, Monday - Friday and some weekend work.

You will be responsible for
- Quality Control for sites including that staff are adhering to scope requirements
- Ensure staffing needs and shift coverage needs are met, filling in when and where needed.
- Training and mentoring team members
- Assisting with hiring of new cleaning staff
- General site scheduling and quality control for sites with multiple services
- Have previous experience in the cleaning industry with a high level of attention to detail and specific experience in general cleaning as well as planned/periodical cleaning
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- Be well organised, can forward plan and be flexible
- Have exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills

**Minimum Requirements**:

- You must have full work rights within Australia
- A current clear Police Check
- A current drivers licence and vehicle

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
