WesTrac is looking for a dedicated and engaging **Fluid Analysis Manager **to lead the SOS Fluid Analysis Laboratory services team in the promotion, execution and administration of SOS Fluid Analysis.

Focused on achieving continuous, profitable financial growth, through increasing the capability of the laboratory through various approaches to allow for WesTrac’s strategic growth plan to be achieved, this role will play a lead role in improving process and efficiency to create a robust, repeatable customer experience across the fluid analysis lifecycle.

This role is accountable for ensuring all SOS samples are processed and interpreted within target KPI volumes and times, while maintaining compliance to state and federal legislation, CAT Laboratory certification and 5 star safety rating. As well as playing a lead role in ensuring that WesTrac WA’s SOS Fluid Analysis program optimises the customer experience in identifying problems or issues before failure, to maximise equipment life, and value of their assets.

This role would suit someone who has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential in performance and growth.

**_ This is a full-time, permanent role located at South Guildford, WA_**.

**About you**:

- Strong people leadership experience and demonstrated ability to manage people and change
- Tertiary education degree within a Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (_desirable, but not essential_)
- Strong industry experience with sound experience in a similar role
- Experience in writing business documentation. For example: business cases with CAPEX requirements, ISO accreditations, project plans, etc.
- Excellent communication with the ability to translate concepts into clear action and delivery plans
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform data into meaningful insights and actions.
- Ability to create and execute projects to meet organisational and customer needs.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
