**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide direct support to process owner in updating / drafting QMS procedures and ensuring use of process approach.
Conduct process mapping activity and SIPOC analysis with process owners within the scope of QMS
Standardize the writing of document records and the requirements for second-person review
Support QA team in tracking progress of documentation until approval and roll-out, assess effectiveness
Develop and coordinate follow-up actions to observations / gaps noted during the roll out and implementation stage
Develop forms, templates supporting documented procedures.
Update document control register to include all QMS documentation (forms, templates, procedures, instructions, policies, standards)
Flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the QA manager

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Qualifications**:
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 standard requirements
Experience in Process Approach documentation, process mapping, SIPOC analysis
Excellent computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, capable of leading small team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
