We are seeking a **skilled and motivated bartender** to join our Italian restaurant in Newtown, just 3 minutes from the station. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has bar experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What we offer

About the role

You will work across our service hours:

- **Mon-Thu**: 5pm-9pm
- **Fri**: 5pm-10pm
- **Sat**: 12-3pm & 5-10pm
- **Sun**: 12-3pm & 5-9pm

Key responsibilities:

- Bartending and preparing simple cocktails
- Running drinks and supporting floor staff when needed
- Managing the register and transactions
- Ensuring smooth and attentive bar service

Who we are looking for
- **1+ years of bartending experience** (students with experience are welcome to apply)
- **Willingness to improve, study, and grow** into a bar lead role
- Curiosity and passion for **Italian food, wine, and culture**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to costs
- A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Growth opportunities

This is more than a bartending job. We are looking for someone who wants to develop into a **bar lead** with us. Over time, you will:

- Research, design, and study to create a **customised cocktail menu** for the restaurant
- Place supplier orders and manage bar costs
- Help shape the drinks experience and contribute to the restaurant’s identity
