Foh Supervisor and Bartender

FOH Supervisor:

- Oversee the daily operations during your assigned shifts.
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure that the floorteam is well-prepared, adequately staffed, and meeting service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and assist with resolving any guest issues or special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, aiming for prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Perform deposits at the end of the night;
- Close registers, ensuring tills are balanced;
Bartender:

- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
