Burgers & Rolls - Crew Member

We are looking for crew members for our new location in Kensington

**Role Purpose**
- To provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience for our customers. This involved greeting customers, taking their orders accurately and efficiently, processing their payments and ensuring that their orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
- Performing various tasks related to food preparation and cooking of El Jannah’s menu.
- Working quickly and accurately to prepare food and maintain a clean and organised work area, back of house members play an important role in ensuring that customers receive high quality meals in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking customers order using POS system
- Good knowledge of the menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Portion chicken based on order
- Pack and handover orders to customer and delivery partners
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organised front of house
- Restocking supplies
- Addressing any customer feedback
- Following food safety guidelines and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Preparing ingredients and assembling menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Operating cooking equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens
- Monitoring food temperatures and ensuring that all food is cooked to the appropriate specifications
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.23 - $35.07 per hour
