Baby College Ashwood is a 145 places childcare centre located on a convenient, easy-access street in Ashwood. We are a state of art childcare centre which has recently renovated and refurbished to offer a premium level of day care and educational service for pre school aged children.

We’re on the lookout for qualified and experienced centre manager, Educational Leaders and ECTs.

**Centre Manager Role**:

- Leading a dedicated team, ensuring they adhere to our centre’s policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Organising weekly food and supply orders, and overseeing audits to ensure the centre is always operating at its best.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, while always striving to improve the quality of care and education.
- Taking the lead on staff meetings and contributing to the centre’s self-assessment.

**Educational Leaders and ECTs**:

- Relevant qualification and minimum 2 years' experience.

**Your Qualification**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Experience in setting up and opening new services is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality care
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
