**Your new role**
You will providing technical guidance to a team of highly driven and talented back-end engineers, ensuring solutions are delivered to a high-quality and meet the deadlines provided. Your goal is to create a modern and well-integrated back-end.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience managing / leading a team of software engineers.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as NodeJS (TypeScript), Python, Java; as well as server-side frameworks (e.g., ExpressJS or Django).
- Excellent written and communication skills. You enjoy collaborating and creating a positive work environment.
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL, Snowflake, and NoSQL.
- Familiar with Git
