We are seeking positive, hard-working food services professional to join our team at Beleura Private Hospital in a permanent part-time role, 20 hours / fortnight.
**About the Role**
This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional looking for a new challenge
As a Menu Monitor, you will be joining a vibrant Catering Team, supporting our catering department in managing the dietary requirements of our patients. Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, your duties will include:
- Support in the provision and collection of menus
- Support the management of patient dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the appropriate meal free of allergens
- Assisting the catering team with the distribution and collection of all food trays and beverages
- Support the catering team in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen environment, dishes and utensils.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Display a positive attitude to daily challenges, willingness and flexibility to meet the needs of changing priorities and a resilient nature
- Previous experience within a hospital food services role preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Understanding of the importance in compliance with hospital policies related to the rights of staff privacy and patient confidentiality
- Must be process driven with a strong attention to detail
- A sound knowledge in food and/or nutrition preferred
- Personable, a team player who has exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

**The Hospital**
Beleura Private Hospital has been providing services to Melbourne's southeastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula community since 1969. With the opening of the rehabilitation unit in 2015, Beleura Private Hospital has grown to a 205-bed facility, equipped with 4 operating theatres, high dependency unit and short stay unit.
**Requirements**:
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
