**What You’ll Do**

As a Regional Specifications Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our influence in the industry. you will:

- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for targeting key companies and projects in each industry area.
- Provide technical support and specifications to engineers, councils and other key project designers.
- Actively seek and secure high-value specifications on projects.
- Deliver professional presentations on GRAF products and solutions to key consultants.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities to specifiers.
- Provide technical solutions based on GRAF product combinations.
- Gain approvals with local or state authorities for products when required.
- Collaborate with sales teams and attend regular meetings.
- Manage and update project specifications in the CRM system.
- Liaise with the sales team to support the sales process.
- Maintain a comprehensive Contact database in CRM.
- Attend industry events and conferences.

**What You Bring**

Essential Criteria:

- 3-5 years of specification experience in stormwater or civil industries.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, professional presentations and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Strong team ethic with leadership and multitasking skills.

Desirable Criteria:

- Engineering Degree
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a team
- Ability to effectively manage your time while multitasking
