**About the Position**We are looking to appoint an experienced sales consultant so experience in the flooring industry is a necessity.You will work alongside other team members to assist customers with their flooring purchases.
This will include in-store customer service, off-site measuring, quoting and customer contact.
Understanding of house & floor plans
Target driven, eager, enthusiastic with a great work ethic
You will also be responsible for helping the team maintain a clean and presentable showroom.
Ongoing training and support will be provided if required.

**Important Qualities We are Looking For**The successful applicant will: Have previous work experience within the flooring industry.
Have an interest in interiors and home décor and enjoy helping customers transform their homes;
Have excellent communication & customer service skills
Be comfortable using a computer
Be personable and enjoy building client relationships
Enjoy and work well as a part of a small team.
Applicants with a existing clientele will be considered favourably.

**Working Hours **Your work week hours will be as follows: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pmSaturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm (Rotating Roster )Suitably qualified applicants please forward a resume with position specific covering letter explaining why you are the best person for the role.Base salary plus commissions will be negotiated. Our commission structure will give skilled sales consultants the opportunity to potentially earn more than double their base salary.A shared company car is available for all appointments.This job is listed for an immediate start. There is some flexibility with start dates for the right applicant.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
