**Competitive Debating Coach**

Masters Academy is seeking someone with experience in high school debating (ISDA, FED, Archdale, or something similar).

Experience in Competitive coaching is a must, as the successful applicant will take on a highly accomplished debating team at one of Sydney's prestigious private schools.

Unlike other arrangements, you will coach a single team, not a junior and senior team. This means there will be more time to focus on each team member's training and individual development.

If you are looking for a chance to work with a highly experienced team and focus on winning, then this is the opportunity for you.

The position is for Friday nights and runs from mid-February to the end of March. Times will vary. As it will be coaching a single team, later start times and the ability to be flexible around work/internships for the right applicant are available.

**What is involved?**

During the competition season (ISDA and Archdale), you will be training one team, Senior A, with the intent to support and lead them.

The team is highly accomplished, with Grand-final wins and places in multiple years.

We have lesson plans and resources available to coaches, but we would expect coaches to alter or personalise the training to suit their and the students' styles.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
