**About the role**

Joining this team as the Head Of Department you will be responsible to oversee a small, manageable portfolio all local to the office, while working closely with the Property Management team. Your expertise and guidance will be well rewarded with the opportunity to mentor staff members from your extensive knowledge in the industry.

**The role will be responsible for, but not limited to**
- Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Report directly to the Director on performance and departmental growth on a regular basis
- Manage escalated complaints and disputes
- Devise and implement systems and procedures to streamline departmental processes

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to assist in managing & guiding a small team
- Certificate of registration / licence
- Strong Communication Skills
- Neat and tidy personal presentation
- Kind and personable nature
- An ambitious, forward-thinking and confident leader who can motivate and lead a team
- First class communication and top-notch relationship-building skills
- Experience implementing KPIs and managing staff performance is advantageous
