**The Role**
Reporting to the General Marketing Manager, the Promotions & Loyalty Manager owns Wizard’s customer journey from driving purchase intent through to loyalty & advocacy. This involves leading our promotional program of 17 three-week campaign cycles to drive sales in-store and online, managing our Rewards program to increase CLTV, and driving the success of our marketing automation and personalisation strategy.
Your understanding and experience managing data driven, omnichannel marketing campaigns and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work with a variety of stakeholders will drive your success in this role.
You will also play a critical role in the planning and building of Wizard’s new ecommerce business.
**Areas of responsibility**
- Play a senior role in the Marketing team, leading the Promotions & Loyalty stream, living our values and driving our vision and purpose.
- Identify and report on insights, develop strategies and deliver tactics to maximise campaign performance, considering Online, B&M and Supplier Co-op targets.
- Increase CLTV & RFM measures of our loyalty program
- Development of Wizard’s Retail Media Network ‘Toolkit’ to maximise Supplier Co-op opportunities throughout the year.
- Drive success of our marketing automations and Rewards member comm’s.
- Help develop our online business model to drive the success for our Franchisees online.
- Manage our Ecommerce platform, increase traffic & drive online sales
**What we need from you**
- 8+ years of experience in the retail/online marketing and loyalty landscape, preferably in a similar role
- A Degree/Certificate in marketing or similar field
- A keen analytical mind. You love digging into data to gain and share insights into customer behaviour. Expert Excel knowledge is essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of omnichannel strategies and tactics. You’re as comfortable creating in-store campaigns as you are delivering online promotions
- Experience planning retail media network offerings is desirable but not essential
- Experience managing CRM and loyalty programs is essential. Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation SaaS tools highly desirable.
- Pharmacy, Health or FMCG Industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Results & outcome driven with excellent communication and leadership skills
- And most importantly, have a desire to learn and develop with the Brand, never resting for business as usual
