**About Us**

**The Role**
As a team member, you'll play a vital role in day-to-day operations, which will include opening and closing the store. Often, you will be making high-quality specialty coffee and beverages, and you will have set responsibilities that require strong time management skills. You will also assist with various kitchen duties, including:

- Coffee making
- Sandwich and burger making
- Kitchen cleaning
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Serving customers

Training will be provided; however, prior experience and a culinary interest will be highly desirable.
- A warm and welcoming demeanor
- The ability to handle day-to-day stresses with confidence and calmness
- Excellent communication skills with both colleagues and customers
- Ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Clean and professional personal presentation, including well-groomed appearance and attention to hygiene and cleanliness

**What We're Looking For**
- 1+ years of relevant experience as a barista working in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or retail environment is desirable
- Ability to manage time and communicate priorities/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent knowledge of relevant food health safety standards
- This is a customer-facing position, so all applicants must be fluent in English

**Your Availability**
We are looking for someone with full availability to work, including early mornings (often from 6:00 AM).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.23 - $27.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 07/07/2025
