We’re looking for an experienced carer to join our Respite team and contribute to the care services we provide our clients. You will be responsible for the provision of Aged Care services to meet the social, physical, spiritual, cultural, and emotional needs of our clients.

**Some of the ways you’ll make a difference**:

- Have availability to work Sunday and Monday night shifts (10:30PM to 8:30AM)
- Respect independence and provide care in accordance with each client's individual care plan.
- Provide a safe and social environment for our clients
- Understanding the importance of documentation and monitoring clients for any changes

**To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have**:

- A sound understanding of the standards, competencies, and codes of practice
- Built strong relationships with clients by taking the time to get to know them
- Maintained a high skills and knowledge base
