**Our Team**

Our Personal Care Workers (PCA) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. The role of a PCW is exciting and diverse in our residential aged care homes. Each day is unique and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to our residents. Our PCWs provide empathy, support and companionship to our residents through daily living activities, assisting with meal services, providing engaging, inclusive activities and day programs. With our deeply lived values guiding the way, our PCWs enjoy a respectful, collaborative environment where they’re trusted to do their best. We prioritise resident and employee wellbeing, while offering flexibility, recognition and opportunities for growth.

**The Role**

You’ll work as part of a team of people and help with showering, dressing, simple cleaning, linen service, and meals. But you’ll also be there to spend time with residents, share stories, connect and show kindness and empathy.- Pay rate of $33.08 per hour
- Recently increased hourly rates, and guaranteed annual pay increases
- Afternoon, morning and night shifts available any day throughout the week providing flexibility for how you would like to work

- Working with experienced staff across care and nursing to learn from

**To best support our residents, we’re looking for more motivated carer’s with**:

- A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support, or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker.
