**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects
- Conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts, create functional and technical specification documents
- Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities
- Ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated
- Ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines
- Ensure analysts adhere to SLA/KPI/OLA

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- 5-8 years of experience in Power BI, data analytics, business intelligence
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications / Degree Educated (IT /Engineering /Computer science)
- Expert knowledge on Power BI/Power BI 2
- Motivate, mentor and develop subordinates
- Strong collaboration with project stakeholders
