Our client is one of the largest profit to member superannuation funds supporting over 2 million members with over $50 billion of funds under their management.

**The Role**

In this role you’ll be working closely with our clients Program Director to manage a large SaaS Implementation program.
- Gather and analyse data from various stakeholders, platforms, and systems
- Populate data into new SaaS platform
- Configuration management across multiple functions and platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties

**Essential Experience**
- Experience with configuration management
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to rapidly build relationships working in a hybrid work environment
- Data gathering experience
- Data analyst experience
- High level of initiative and willingness to support in areas beyond job role description
- Ability to work well in a highly dynamic and team-oriented environment

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Superannuation or Financial services
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
