Group Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, fraud, physical security and operational risk.

The Remediation team coordinate's the delivery of remediation initiatives in response to incidents and findings that uplift Group Security integration capability.

The Remediation team also works within an incident response 24/7 on call rotational roster 1 week a month.

**Do work that matters**:

- You will advance the Remediation team mission to uplift capabilities across Group Security
- Engage with the Group Security leadership team on remediation activities to protect the Group from threats
- Provide expertise in emerging cyber security risks, trends and technologies
- Outline broad and thorough background on business risks and threats to key stakeholders
- Drive prioritisation of technology remediation activities based on risk to the group
- Lead discovery activities to create deliverables and shape successful outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement through new tooling and process uplifts
- Manage the response to Cyber Security and Cyber related IT Service incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Work within a 24/7 on call rotational roster 1 week a month, to enable the team to provide continuous incident response support. An additional allowance is paid for the on-call period.

**We are interested in hearing from people who**:

- Have knowledge across a breadth of Cyber Security domains e.g. Risk, Vulnerability Management, Detect and Respond, Cyber Controls etc.
- Can confidently communicate to peers and leaders to address their pain points and provide strategies to remediate issues
- Are strategic thinkers and possess an inquiring mindset, having the ability to facilitate solutions to existential problems
- Have the ability to work independently with guidance and to manage/execute tasks within set timeframes
- Can work with ambiguity and provide clarity to stakeholders
- Hands on experience developing reports/dashboards and providing analysis that informs and improves cyber situational awareness and security posture
- Has experience in incident response, specifically in Cyber Security Incidents and/or IT Service Management Incident Response.
