Parts Interpreter

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

- Prepare quotations for parts supply and availability
- Processing of spare parts orders for internal and external customers
- Picking and dispatching of spare parts daily
- Housekeeping of stores area
- Liaise with local and internal parts suppliers, raise purchase orders, receipt and process supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Ensure adequate stock levels and general inventory control is maintained on consumables

**Requirements for success**:

- Minimum of two years' experience in parts interpretation within our industry or a related industry.
- Understanding of the key fundamentals of warehousing and stock control.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Experience in using stock control software.
- The ability to identify potential selling opportunities.
- A certificate in warehousing, parts interpretation or similar is desired.
