Located in the historic Campbell Stores, between Circular Quay and The Rocks, _Ploós_ is where history and tradition meet contemporary expression.

Backdropped with a breath-taking view of Sydney’s Harbour and the iconic Opera House, _Ploós_’ generous alfresco dining space establishes an ambience connecting land to sea, with emphasis on dishes that reflect the serenity of the Mediterranean.

**What will be involved**:

- Managing daily bar operations
- Set up and Pack down
- Daily organizing and cleaning of bar
- Keeping track of stock on hand.
- Assisting the bar manager in the creation of new cocktails
- Liaising with restaurant management to ensure the drinks menu is up to date

**Requirements**:

- Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW
- 2+ years working in a similar role
- The ability to work in a high pressure restaurant with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.23 per hour
